Projects Supported in 2023
A program to ensure that Ugandan students living with disabilities, as well as their classmates, have access to self-directed E-learning as a means to improve their learning outcomes, self-esteem, and intrinsic motivation, in an atmosphere of mutual respect. The program received a grant of $5000.
A grant of $5000 was given to this program in Kenya, to support and improve the lives of children living with cerebral palsy.
Healthy Lives International Society - Malawi Water Project
This program received a grant of $4000 to bring clean water to Malawi communities via biosand filters. Villagers are taught how to repair and maintain borehole water wells.
A grant of $5000 was given to TEMBO in order to help support 45 girls from rural Longido to transition from primary to secondary school, supplying educational supplies, food and lodging. It also provides an academic support program for all sponsored students during their mid-term break.
